EPoSS will hold its Annual Forum 2024 on June 18-21 in Cork, Ireland. This time, EPoSS member Tyndall National Institute will host the event which follows the motto Sensing the Future of Smart Systems: Bridging Minds and Microelectronics.
In order to present the latest developments in Smart Systems Integration (SSI), we invite you to send your abstracts for presentations or posters and showcase your latest Smart Systems innovations or technology developments for Smart Systems Integration.

The EPoSS Annual Forum 2024 Technical Committee will select presentations and posters. Invitations for the authors of selected presentations will be sent out until 12 April, 2024.

As proven successful during the last years we will reward a promising start-up in the field of Smart Systems with the EPoSS Start-up Award.
About the EPoSS Start-up Award
Since 2019 start-ups from all over Europe have been honored with the EPoSS Start-up Award as winner of the eponymous competition. It is our mission to link young enterprises with the established Smart Systems community.We invite a small group of finalists to the EPoSS Annual Forum to compete in front of a senior professional jury.Your Benefits
- Become integrated into Europe‘s established Smart Systems community.
- Network with senior players and experts in the field.
- Become immediately a part of the EPoSS community.
- Mentorship: All finalists may approach the jury as mentors to get valuable advice on how to improve concepts and business, if requested.
- Visibility within the Smart Systems community.
- The Winner is granted with additional visibility within the local and the European Smart Systems community – on-site and online via EPoSS channels.

Who is eligible?
- European start-up companies founded after January 1, 2020 with innovative business idea, product or service and high growth potential
- Early or mature stages of development, concepts, ideas or business cases
- Relate to Smart Systems technologies for different application areas, such as manufacturing technologies, energy, mobility, flexible electronics, wearables, food, agriculture or medical technology.

Finally, if you are invited: Pitch for the Award!
- Pitch with a maximum ten-slide PowerPoint presentation and showcase your product in front of a jury consisting of EPoSS senior experts from industry and research as well as national funding organisers.
- The jury will assume the role of a potential business partner interviewing you and selecting the most innovative and promising ideas.
- The award will be handed over during the official EPoSS evening dinner.

Tyndall Labs
We will be onsite - and we will take the chance to visiting the Labs of our host Tyndall National Institute. Tyndall kindly invites our guests to have a closer look at their activities during a guided lab tour.
