Online Brokerage Event: Horizon Europe Funding for Virtual Worlds

The European Commission organises a virtual brokerage event in relation to the Virtual Worlds funding opportunities in the Horizon Europe Work Programme 2025. The Brokerage event will take place on 20 May 2024 from 10:00 to 12:30. Registered participants will receive the Webex link closer to the event day.

This event offers you the opportunity to:

• Get an overview of the forthcoming calls relevant to Virtual Worlds
• Ask questions 
• Connect with potential partners and explore collaboration opportunities

Participants will also have the possibility to present their organisation and a short pitch about their proposal idea or expertise. To express interest in pitching, please complete the pitch template in the download section and indicate which call(s) you are interested in. Breakout sessions will be organised per call topic.

Draft versions of the call texts are already available on the Horizon Europe Work Programme website. The adoption of the work programme and the launch of the first calls for proposals are expected by mid-May 2025.

Participation is open to organizations from EU Member States and countries associated with Horizon Europe. 

Registration

The deadline for the registrations is 13th of May (17:00 CEST). There is a limited amount of slots available. In case of too many requests, all slides will be included in the document to be shared. You will receive confirmation of your slot before the event.
