EPoSS Annual Forum 2017

The European Technology Platform on Smart Systems Integration ― EPoSS ― will celebrate its 11th anniversary with the General Assembly and Annual Forum on 19-20 October 2017 in Graz, Austria.

This year's Annual Forum will centre on the theme "Smart Systems for an Automated World". By considering cross-cutting technologies and functionalities light will be shed on the contribution of Smart Systems towards increasing automation in different application fields, such as:

• Smart Systems for the Automated Factory
• Smart Systems for the Automated Hospital
• Smart Systems for the Automated Exploration, Monitoring and Management of Natural Resources
• Smart Systems for Automated Farming
• Smart Systems for Automated Transportation

Call for Presentations

In order to demonstrate new paths for smart systems, presentations shall focus on smart systems solutions for the above mentioned application areas considering cross-cutting technologies and functionalities as well as the smart systems' entire value chain.

If you wish to participate in the Call for Presentations, please send the proposed title of your presentation, an abstract of 1500 – 3000 characters together with your full contact details, a short biography and a photo to the EPoSS Office (contact@smart-systems-integration.org) by 15 July 2017.

Programme

The structure of the Annual Forum 2017 is in line with the above mentioned application fields. In each session different perspectives along the entire value chain are brought together.

Venue

The EPoSS Annual Forum will take place at Messe Congress Graz in Graz, Austria.

Social Event

On the first day of the conference all participants are invited to join our social event, hosted by the governor of Styria, in Burggarten Graz.
