ECSEL Call Forum 2016

The event will take place in Brussels, 3 May 2016.

ECSEL JU is organising an ESCEL Call Forum 2016 on the Calls for Proposals to be launched in 2016. The event targets potential applicants for the calls for Research and Innovation Action (RIA) and Innovation Action (IA) under the ECSEL funding scheme. It is an opportunity to learn more about the upcoming calls and the project submission process, as well as to meet consortium partners and draft project ideas. The event will take place on 3 May 2016 (9am - 5pm) in Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel.

Participation is free of charge but registration is mandatory. For practical reasons, registrations will close on Friday, 29 April 2016.

PROJECT PROPOSAL IDEAS

If you have an idea for a proposal you would like to make public during the event, you have several ways to do so :

1. Bring a Poster
2. Make a 10 min presentation in the plenary (a project idea, or as a potential partner)
3. Reserve a breakout room to host a meeting (for more advanced project ideas)

You may bring a poster and/or make a presentation during the plenary, and/or reserve a breakout room. However we ask that those who reserve a breakout meeting room do not make a presentation during the plenary to allow visibility to a maximum of particpants.
