Power Electronics for Energy Transition Symposium

The Austrian Institute of Technology AIT and Silicon Austria Labs organize the Symposium Power Electronics for Energy Transition. It will take place on 30 September until 1 October 2025 in Graz, Austria. Power Electronics is one of the key technologies for the energy transition. The symposium will among others focus on newest technology for automative applications, renewable energy in medium voltage applications and DC grids for industry, as well as the sustainability of electric components.

• Power electronics in automotive applications
• Power electronics in medium-voltage applications
• Charging
• DC industry
• Sustainability and circular economy in PE

How you can be part of the event:

• Talk: Both industry and academia are invited to submit abstracts on the topics described; the call will be published in February 2025. The selected contributions will be invited to give a talk.
• Poster Session: Selected contributions will be invited to present a poster.
• Exhibition: A table-top exhibition will accompany the event.
• Sponsorship: Attractive sponsorship packages are available for companies and organisations.

Call for Abstracts

Both academia and industry are invited to contribute to a successful symposium by giving a talk or poster presentation. Submit your short abstract via the event website by 12 May 2025.
