SRA Methodology

The new EPoSS SRA has been developed using a rigorous process that involved:
  1. a large-scale Smart Systems stakeholder survey asking about markets served, technologies used, turnover and headcount, funding and grants, drivers, difficulties, support and assistance,
    and
in-depth expert surveys and interviews for each application sector, technology  and production process,
  2. a stakeholder workshop for data validation and condensation,
  3. ten structured expert discussion workshops on timelines, impact, SWOT and priority setting
  4. preparation of outcomes from expert workshops by specialist chapter authors
