The European Commission has published its 'ICT - EU Japan' call for proposals, which is part the EU's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7).
Six topics are included in the call: optical communications, wireless communications, cybersecurity, extension of the cloud paradigm to the Internet of Things, federation of testbeds and green and content centric networks.
