The European Commission has published a call for proposals entitled 'FET Open', which is part the EU's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7).
The FET Open call encompasses four different objectives: challenging current thinking, FET young explorers, high-tech research intensive SME in FET research and international cooperation in FET research.
