The European Commission has published a call for proposals entitled 'ICT - EU Brazil Coordinated Call', which is part the EU's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7).
Four topics are encompassed in the document: cloud computing for science, smart services and applications for a smarter society, sustainable technologies for a smarter society and hybrid broadcast-broadband TV applications and services.
