Networking Session Green Cars Initiative

Information concerning the current projects and next calls of the PPP European Green Cars Initiative will be provided by Cosmin Codrea (DG Infso) and Frédéric Sgarbi (DG RTD) of the European Commission.

Regular (prior to 28 May): 1025 Euro+ 19% VAT
Early Bird (prior to 31 March): 825 Euro + 19% VAT
Reduced (authors, one per paper, and EPoSS members): 575 Euro + 19% VAT
On site: 1075 Euro + 19% VAT

The fees include a AMAA 2012 conference pass, a copy of the AMAA 2012 book, the conference tour and dinner, lunches and coffee breaks

Exhibitor Information

The annual AMAA conference is supplemented by an exhibition which offers companies and institutions a great opportunity to present their products, services or innovations to a highly specialised audience. The exhibition is an integral part of the conference and will be located in the get-together area in the conference foyer. Furthermore the parking lot in front of the Harnack House will be blocked for the presentation of demonstrators and prototype vehicles. Exhibitor packages start from 1400 EUR (+19% VAT). Accommodation

A room allotment has been blocked in the Harnack House’s Guest House for AMAA participants. Note the availability of rooms is limited. Bookings have to be made prior to 27 April and will be confirmed on a first come-first serve basis.
