On 25th March 2013, in the process of drafting a strategy for European Technology Platforms (ETP), the European Commission, DG Research & Innovation, Unit C1, asked all ETPs to complete a self-assessment template. The EC will decide on recognition or otherwise of the ETPs on the basis of the submitted templates and subsequent discussions with the ETPs. These discussions are likely to take place in May with a view to having the new ETP landscape in place by June 2013. The self-assessment form completed by EPoSS is available at this site.
