EuroQuity is an online introduction service for French and German businesses and the partners to help drive their development, with investors and advisors. Bpifrance is the founder and operator of this service. EuroQuity is overseen by Bpifrance in France and KfW in Germany.\r\nIts goal is to support the growth of SMEs by enabling them to meet their future partners and satisfy their needs for investment (equity), innovation (technological partnerships) and international development (commercial partnerships).

You will be able to benefit from EuroQuity if you are a French or German company. To access it, you will need to complete your user profile and present your business, as well as your capital increase project.\r\nYou will then be able to apply to be part of one or more communities, enabling you to be more visible in relation to other EuroQuity users, while benefiting from the search feature for technological partnerships in certain communities and being part of regional or theme-based sectors.

The service is currently available in France and Germany. If your company is domiciled in another country, you may send us your email address in order to be kept informed about EuroQuity\'s upcoming regional developments.

EuroQuity coordination

In France, EuroQuity is overseen by Bpifrance.

Bpifrance is a public-sector institution devoted to economic development and a key source of financing and other support for SMEs. Its mission is to support innovation and growth for SMEs at decisive stages in their development: start-up, innovation, growth and business transfer via buyouts or other structures. Bpifrance\xe2\x80\x99s head structure is a public holding company which reports to both the French Ministry for Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Ministry for Higher Education and Research.

In Germany, EuroQuity is overseen by KfW.

KfW is a promotional bank supporting change and encouraging forward-looking ideas in Germany, Europe and worldwide, covering private individuals as well as businesses, cities, municipalities and non-profit and social organisations. KfW is owned by the Federal Republic of Germany (80%) and the federal states (20%).

You are looking for capital to develop your business. EuroQuity makes it very simple for you to be put in touch with investors. When you belong to one or more communities, this enables you to showcase your business in relation to your future contacts. If you are a member of certain communities, you can also set out your requirements in terms of technological partnerships.

Project sponsor

You have a project that is it at an advanced stage and you are looking for capital in order to set up or take over a business. EuroQuity makes it very simple for you to be put in touch with investors. When you belong to one or more communities, this enables you to showcase yourself in relation to your future contacts.

Investor

Whether you are a professional, business angel or individual, you are looking for investment opportunities. EuroQuity gives you access to effective qualified sourcing with businesses that belong to one or more communities. You have access to a search engine that makes it very simple for you to find businesses that match your criteria. You can also set up one or more notifications to ensure that you are kept regularly informed about new opportunities.

If you are a business angel or investment fund, your status will be activated after validation by our services; until then, you will have an individual investor account.

Advisor

Advisors who are part of regulated professions - in France, chartered accountant, legal advisor, financial investment advisor, investment service provider; in Germany, \xe2\x80\xa6 - can freely register on EuroQuity. Your account will be activated once your status has been validated. In this way, you will be able to support the businesses and be included in the presentation of their projects.

Other advisory activities may use the service, provided that they belong to at least one community.

Sectors, Communities and Applications

Sectors

The sectors are regional or theme-based sections.\r\nThey select and oversee the communities present in their section.

Communities

The communities group together a series of EuroQuity users, primarily businesses, around a specific theme or interest. Each community has specific admission criteria which allow businesses to announce that they belong to it.

Applications

The applications are value-added web services which supplement EuroQuity. They are operated by independent companies, and can be accessed very simply from the EuroQuity user account.
