The European Commission has published its 'ICT call 11' Call for Proposals, coming under the EU's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7).
The ICT call 11 encompasses eight topics ranging from nanoelectronics and photonics to future networks, smart energy grids, future emerging technologies and ICT for water resource management.
