From June 3 to 6, 2025 the European Smart Systems Communty met in Neuchâtel, Switzerland for the EPoSS Annual Forum. The event was kindly hosted by EPoSS Member CSEM. More than 120 guests attended this year’s edition following the motto: Accelerating Innovations in Smart Systems. Empowering Competitive European Solutions.
The opening session included a welcome by the region and the local host as well as insights about chip-design research in Switzerland and smart edge. The speakers contributed to inspiring sessions on innovations in Smart Systems, Advanced Packaging Technologies and Key Technologies for Competitive Smart Systems Solutions. Moreover, experts discussed on a panel, how the Chips JU Pilot Lines and Competence Centres empower innovation and workforce in Europe. Start-up Award competition, poster pitches, company corner and site visits to local research and development facilities complemented the programme along with social activities.
