Program

PITCH SESSION: pitch in 5 minutes your Xecs project ideas or discover new ideas in the plenary. Pitch applications must be submitted to the AENEAS Event Platform (templates will be made available end of June) by 19 September 2025! Note that if you pitch, this is mandatory to bring your A0 size printed poster, based on our template.
POSTER SESSION: present your project idea on a poster and exchange with participants. Poster applications must be submitted in the AENEAS Event Platform by 19 September 2025. Please use the templates available in the tool, which will be available end of June.
SME EXPERTISE PITCH: it’s a unique opportunity to introduce the expertise of your SME during a 5-minute pitch. Pitch applications should also be submitted in the AENEAS Event Platform by 19 September 2025. This opportunity is reserved for AENEAS members only, please consider to apply for a free membership.
RECORDED PUBLIC AUTHORITIES’ PRESENTATIONS: on top of the live presentations by the Public Authorities in the plenary, 5-minute recorded presentations will be made available on the Xecs YouTube Chanel and dedicated funding section on the Xecs Website.
