The SSI conference is the international communication platform for research institutes and manufacturers to exchange know-how on smart systems integration and to create the basis for successful research cooperations with focus on Europe.

SSI 2014

The event is part of the activities of EPoSS, the European Technology Platform on Smart Systems Integration.

There will be two EPoSS sessions on the first conference day. The first session will be organised by EXPRESS, a new Coordination Action that is funded by the European Commission in FP7 and supports the strategic activities of EPoSS. The session focuses on the European Smart Systems Integration Ecosystem. The second session will be on opportunities for Smart Systems integration in the new JTI ECSEL and beyond.

EPoSS will also have a joint booth with the EXPRESS project at which there will be direct interaction with the participants, who are invited to contribute to a SWOT exercise and play an active role in the European Smart Systems Integration Ecosystem.
