  • or the various interfaces in Smart Systems Integration, e.g. human-machine, machine-to-machine
  • address challenges arising from the integration of multiple
  • functionalities such as sensing, communication, energy management,
  • technologies, e.g. for processing of new materials, handling of different lot sizes,
  • materials, such as organic materials, ceramics, textiles, semiconductors,
  • scales, e.g. micro, nano, macro,
  • disciplines, such as electrical, electronics and mechanical engineering, fluidics, biology, chemistry, informatics, cognitive sciences
  • and at the same time clearly address the level of products and applications

Presentations will be selected by the members of the EPoSS Steering Group.

Preference will be given to presentations that address system integration challenges beyond the level of chips or individual components and that are clearly showing the way towards operational Smart Systems.
