Membership

Each member organisation is represented by its officially appointed representative. A list of current member organisations is available here.

The Terms of Reference of EPoSS including the description of the membership fees can be found here.

To apply for membership in EPoSS please click the link below and follow the described procedure:

 Membership proccess:

1. Click on the link above or below
   
2. Fill in your personal data
3. Fill in your institution's data
4. 1. select your institution from the list if your institution is already member of the ETP or
   2. choose “New institution” and fill in your address if your institution is not yet member of the ETP.
5. Choose your username and a password
6. If you selected "New institution":
   1. Fill in a short description / CV of your institution
      
   2. Complete the necessary contact and billing data by filling the required fields.
      
   3. Click "Next" 2 times
   4. Insert Billing data if different from the institution address.
   5. Click "Save"
      You are now registered as the manager/responsible* for this institution.

1. Confirmation
2. 1. You will receive a notification.
      
   2. Representatives of an institution will now be able to add substitutes for their institutions as well as accept further members.
3. Payment
   1. The office will send the "offer for the services of the ETP" to you.
      
   2. Please return a signed version of the fax-answer to the office.
   3. The office will send the invoice for the first year to you.
   4. Please pay the membership contribution.
      
4. Access
   
   1. You now have access to the internal area of the web portal.
      
   2. You will be able to download documents, upload files (in certain folders) and contribute on a variety of working group activites.
   3. Access is preliminary and is finally confirmed by payment of the membership fee.

6. 1. This web portal will evolve continuously. The office will improve its functionality according to the needs of the ETP members.

Membership fees per annum

• Large Companies (>250 employees):        6,000 €
• SMEs and public research institutions:    3,000 €
• Universities:                                        1,500 €

*If you are the manager/responsible for your reinstitution you are the addressee for the invoice for the membership fee.
